About
My passion for animals and training began at a very early age with horses. I started working as a Summer camp counselor for children of all ages and also had the incredible opportunity to assist with the HETRA (Heartland Equine Therapeutic Riding) program. During this time I also worked with many trainers and competed in barrel racing, horsemanship, and several other events.It wasn’t until college, while finishing my bachelor's degree in biology, that I rescued my first dog “Koda”. It was then while working with an amazing trainer that my innate passion for canines was discovered. I set out with a burning desire to learn everything possible from “the best of the best” trainers and that is what I did! After completing the Training Without Conflict™ program I feel like this foundation and methodology is exactly what dogs and their owners need to have a successful and thriving relationship. TWC’s training has taken me and my clients to an amazing new level of “Finding Our True North” and I’m truly grateful.
